Why Montessori

A teaching career built on curiosity and independence

Montessori is an approach to early childhood education developed by Dr. Maria Montessori. Children learn by exploring a carefully prepared classroom, choosing meaningful activities and working at their own pace, while the teacher observes and guides instead of lecturing.

Our Montessori Teacher Training Program in Davao City prepares you to be that guide. You learn the philosophy behind the method and practise the everyday skills a Montessori classroom needs, with feedback from our trainers.

Early language & maths

Sounds, letters, vocabulary and early reading, and number sense with concrete materials before written symbols.

Observation & record keeping

Watching closely, noting each child’s progress and planning the right next lesson at the right time.
